Feb. 7th, 2024-Altivar 320
This week, because the delay of cooling system installation for EGSTON power amplifier, I was suggested to try the cyclo-converter of commercial product, the Altivar 320. I tried to look through the handbook and to know the manipulation of it. Sadly, I could only get some error message from the control panel. Another thing is that I successfully repair the chiller machine for cooling down the power amplifier.
Feb. 3rd&4th, 2024-Eating
On 3rd, we went out for eating chinese food! On 4th, I made Pig’s Trotter Soup with kelp.
Jan. 25th, 2024-Opal Rt Learning
Recently, I am trying to learn how to use Opal-RT equipment for control and signal monitoring. The box for signal interface compatibility seems complex. For me without any hardward background, what is it!
Jan. 13rd, 2024-Electric Guitar
As usual, three boys went out for Chinese meals. This time we choose the Sichuan fish with pickled mustard greens. Delicious! For the coming new week in Dr. Burgos group, I was expected to pick up one project which is already passing the deadline. It is a mess right now.
Jan. 4th, 2024-Electric Guitar
The new electric guitar is coming. Then every week, I could listen to xiong’s practice. Because of my potential leave, instead of we purchase the speaker and the guitar together, he is the only guy. What a pity!
Dec. 31st, 2023-Lego
Just after the dinner, my room mates proposed to finish the unfinished money tree for comming new year, which he purchased one year before. I hope the money tree could bring some good luck to me. Thanks!

Today in the DC Natinal Zoo, there are a number of animal-shaped light exhibitions. It was a pity that the three pandas were already returned to China but there was still many panda souvenirs. We went to a Chinese restaurant which is famous for freshly dumplings. Yes the dumplins are tasty but other dishes are close to American-Chinese style. And we also went to a free art light show where some fancy glowing lights are distributed within several street.
Dec. 18th, 2023-Bowlero
Today there is a celebration ceremony for finishment of CPES Arlington Lab reconfiguration and decoration. During dinner time, we are going to the Bowlero to play bowling and eating fried chicken!
Dec. 16th, 2023-National Harbor Fireworks and Light Show
Good journey to the national harbor. Due to crowded car flow, fireworks are watched on a bridge in the middle of car jam. Before light show, I enjoyed the Ferris Wheel for first time. Such a good journey with ending of Korean restaurant!
Dec. 13rd, 2023-Star Observation
From the facebook, we heard that there is possibility that we could notive meteor in the nearby area. So three energetic boys immediately drive a car towards the destination for capturing meteor phenomenon. Due to the ability limitation of my phone camera, it is hard to share with others the shining star flowing in the sky.
